I am a certified Sound Therapist. I work with The BAST Method of Sound Therapy, which has
been developed over the last 26 years. The BAST Method, in short, is the British Academy of
Sound Therapy. I first discovered sound therapy after attending a gong bath, and I absolutely
loved it. In my opinion, sound therapy is so powerful. The ancients used sound for healing,
and if you think about it, sound is vibration, and we are vibration. That’s why for me it
resonates so deeply.

 

I am a member of the Therapeutic Sound Association, in which I adhere to a code of ethics and best practice, which may give you some peace of mind and confidence when choosing a therapist to hold space for you.

 

I also offer Cacao & Sound Ceremonies, Light Language Sessions, Shamanic
Healings, and Despacho Ceremonies. I have completed all directions of the
Medicine Wheel and have the honour of being a Mesa Carrier. A Mesa is a
Travelling Altar/Medicine Bundle. There are a number of different Medicine
Wheels across the world, with each indigenous peoples practicing their own
Medicine Wheel based on their geography and specific traditions passed down
to them from generation to generation. The teachings of the Wheel that I am
on are not only related to various shamanic traditions, but also incorporate
the teachings from Don Hernan Quillahaman Quispe and Don Sebastian
Suclle Apaza, the Q’ero shamans of Peru also known as the Pampamesayoq
(which means Andean Priests).

The first Shamanic teacher I had was here in England. This lead me on a journey to visit Peru to take plant medicines with Shamans in the middle of the jungle where ceremonies were lead by Master Javier Arevalo Shahuano.
